The Chinatown–International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) invites ratepayers, business owners, and property owners to our Annual Ratepayer Meeting.
This in-person gathering is an opportunity to hear directly from the CIDBIA team about what’s happening in the district and what’s coming next.
At the meeting, we’ll cover:

Recognition of the CID Safety Ambassadors, in partnership with TAAF

A look ahead at upcoming priorities and projects

Preview of the Small Business Accelerator Project (2026) in partnership with UW and SU
The program will include short presentations, optional videos, and time to connect with fellow ratepayers and community members. Light refreshments will be provided.
Following the formal program, guests are welcome to stay for informal networking and an optional short workshop on managing online reviews for small businesses.
