Chinatown–International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is sharing the following construction update from the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) regarding the Chinatown–International District / Little Saigon Pedestrian Lighting Project.

- Planned start date: February 23
- Initial construction area:
- Dearborn Street between 5th Avenue S and 8th Avenue S
To help minimize impacts during Lunar New Year and other high-pedestrian activities, SDOT has shared that initial work will focus on Dearborn Street, rather than King Street.
