Seattle Building Emissions Navigator

Do you know nonresidential and multifamily buildings larger than 20,000 square feet will need to comply with the Seattle Building Emissions Performance Standard (BEPS)? BEPS requires these buildings to meet incremental emissions targets starting in 2027 and reach net-zero emissions between 2041 and 2050.

To help you understand these requirements and develop your plan for compliance, the City of Seattle is providing support through its Seattle Building Emissions Navigator.  The Navigator offers free group training and customized technical assistance — available to building operators, owners, ownership groups, and property management teams. Choose either a 1.5-day in-person group, or a 4-month virtual group training.

To secure your spot, take the first step — sign up for an Info Session. You must attend a virtual Info Session before enrolling in a group training.
